Don’t miss out…join five local award-winning artists in action from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, May 18th at the Palmetto Historical Park located at 515 10th Avenue West, Palmetto as they create five unique watercolor paintings that will be raffled off to support Palmetto’s Buffalo Creek Middle School Art Department. This fast-paced and entertaining 2-hour, free event is family friendly and offers attendees the opportunity to join in the banter with the artists as well as participate in two community art projects that will also be raffled off. Participating artists Sue Lynn Cotton, Wendell Graham, Karalee Hammes, Gwen Kodad and Sally Wooldridge are headliners in the art community. Besides their many awards and accolades, they frequently raise awareness of the arts and bring in much needed revenue for art programs.
