A perfect blend of flavor and art, Cottonmouth will appeal to many of your senses: your eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Chef Dave Shiplett, a classically-trained chef turned restaurant proprietor, is known for his creatively-delicious spin on classic dishes, including southern cuisine. Tempt your taste buds with the Chef Dave’s interpretation of fried green tomatoes, collard greens, and shrimp and cheese grits. After your delicious meal, browse the art along the walls of the century-old dining space that serves as an art gallery for many talented, local artists.
